AQ-Office is a Dubai-based back-office and software services company. We keep the books, build and run the web portals and internal tools a business depends on, and handle the paperwork and procurement, so that founders and owners can spend their time on the business itself.
AQ-Office was formed in Meydan Free Zone in 2022 to do one thing properly: the unglamorous, essential work that every company needs and few founders want to do themselves. Books that reconcile. Filings that go out on time. Invoices that get chased. Records that are where they should be when someone asks for them.
Alongside the books, we are a small software house. We build and operate web portals, booking and reporting platforms, API integrations and the internal tools that make a back office run, and we host and maintain them afterwards.
We are a small, owner-managed firm. That is deliberate. Clients deal with the people who actually do the work, decisions are taken quickly, and our costs stay low enough that a two-person start-up can afford the same discipline a large company takes for granted.
We are not a consultancy. We do not produce decks about your finance function; we run it.
Monthly bookkeeping and management accounts for UAE companies, maintained to a standard that will stand up to an auditor, a bank or the Federal Tax Authority.
The paperwork of running a licensed company in the UAE, handled on a calendar so that nothing lapses and nothing is forgotten.
A small software house inside the firm: we design, build, host and maintain the portals and tools a business runs on.
Sourcing and purchasing handled end to end under our general trading licence.
We agree what is included, monthly, in writing. No hourly meters. If your needs change, the scope changes and so does the fee — in advance, not on the invoice.
You deal with a named person who knows your company. Questions are answered by someone who has actually seen your ledger.
Books are kept in your own accounting system, under your own login. If you leave, you take everything with you, in order, the same day.
Reports land on an agreed date. Renewals are diarised months ahead. Deadlines are the whole point of a back office, so we treat them as such.
